Scope of application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Tinfaey Waxing Studio, as well as to all appointment arrangements and treatments in the studio.

All services, including intimate waxing, are offered to all persons.

Services

Tinfaey offers professional waxing treatments for various body areas. Appointments can be booked online via Treatwell or directly by phone, WhatsApp or in person.

The studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatments if medical, hygienic or personal reasons speak against them.

Appointment arrangements

A booking is binding. For online bookings via Treatwell, the appointment is confirmed once the Treatwell confirmation has been received. For direct bookings by phone or WhatsApp, confirmation is provided by the studio.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made no later than 12 hours before the appointment. For online bookings via Treatwell, the cancellation function in the Treatwell confirmation email is available. For direct bookings, the studio can be reached by phone or WhatsApp.

Lateness

Punctual arrival is expected. If significantly late, the treatment may be shortened or no longer carried out in order to keep subsequent appointments. The full price will still be charged.

Prices & payment

The prices stated on the website or in the studio apply. All prices are final prices in Euros. Payment is made after the treatment in cash, by card or via PayPal. For online bookings via Treatwell, you can also pay online in advance at Treatwell.

Health information

The following information must be disclosed before the treatment:

• skin conditions, inflammation or infections
• allergies or intolerances
• recent peels, laser treatments or cosmetic procedures
• pregnancy
• injuries or irritation in the treatment area

Tinfaey assumes no liability for complications arising from missing or incorrect information, to the extent permitted by law (see Disclaimer).

Hygiene & conduct

The studio works to high hygiene standards. Treatments may be discontinued if basic hygiene rules are not followed, in case of disrespectful or boundary-crossing behaviour, or in the event of health risks.

Aftercare

After each treatment, clear care instructions are provided. The studio assumes no liability for reactions due to missing or improper aftercare, to the extent permitted by law (see Disclaimer).

Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for three years, counted from the end of the year in which they were purchased. They are not redeemable for cash and can only be used for Tinfaey services. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher.

Data protection

Client data is treated confidentially and processed solely in compliance with the law. All details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Right of admission

The studio reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove persons in cases of boundary violations, disrespect, or discriminatory behaviour.

Final provisions

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining Terms & Conditions shall remain unaffected.
